Founded in 2016 by Geof Carmack and Alex McIntosh, CCIM, MAI, MAC Valuation Group utilizes some of the top industry-recognized database and analytical software and services to actively stay on top of new technology in the real estate valuation field. We have provided appraisal services since 1997 across a diverse mix of complex and non-complex commercial, agricultural and residential property types. We are a full-service appraisal firm specializing in retail, industrial, office, subdivision, agricultural and multi-family residential appraisal work, lending, financing, purchases, tax appeal, eminent domain, right-of-way, divorce, foreclosure, and bankruptcy.
